Dr. A S Arvind is an experienced medical professional turned business leader/strategist in the field of healthcare covering services, pharma & devices segments. He is presently a Director in the board of HCG Milann, a leader in the treatment of infertility & serves as an advisor to global organizations such as Tata Industries, Quark Pharma, Ecron Acunova & Cytecare. At KITES Senior Care, Dr. Arvind is an investor and also provides the mentorship with respect to overall strategy & offerings.

Dr. Rajesh Kumar is a renowned physician & Diabetologist known for his patient-centric care, dedication and commitment to the profession. He specializes in the treatment of the elderly. He is the founding chairman of a reputed tertiary care hospital in Hosur. He is a NABH lead Assessor & an active member of a quality council of India (QCI). Dr. Rajesh has been advising KITES with regard to both clinical & business aspects. & is a Director in the Board.

Rajagopal is an experienced business leader & a healthcare entrepreneur who chartered a career in this sector out of his passion to be part of this growing eco-system & contribute to it meaningfully. Raj is the co-founder & CEO of KITES. Prior to founding KITES, Raj served as the CEO of HCG Milann, a leader in the treatment of infertility & was also the CEO of Motherhood, a boutique birthing chain. He carries with him a rich experience in the field of management and finance across FMCG, Tech and Oil & Gas industries.

Mohan Alexander is a well-known entrepreneur from the financial services industry who was the Vice-Chairman of Copal Amba, a wholly owned subsidiary of Moody’s Corp. He co-founded Amba Research, a pioneer in the space of research and analytics outsourcing and was the firm’s CEO before being acquired by Moody’s Corp.Mohan supports start-ups in India & is an active angel investor.

B V Naidu, was with the Department of Electronics & IT, Govt of India, and has played a seminal role for the growth of the IT Industry in India, in his capacity as Director of Software Technology Parks of India (STPI), Bangalore/Hyderabad the post which he held for over 15 years.Mr. Naidu has been at the forefront of building Karnataka / Bangalore IT as a global brand. Over the last 12 years, he has been actively encouraging entrepreneurship &startups. He is the managing partner at Sagitaur Ventures, StartupXseed Ventures and the seed fund Start 2 Scale Venture based out of Bangalore.

Very passionate about geriatric care, at KITES Senior Care, she leads the operations as the Chief Operating Officer.
