Position Summary
The Executive-Finance is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting multi-unit operations through systematic accounting practices. This role involves handling Tally ERP operations, banking and treasury coordination, monthly reporting, and audit support. The position plays a critical role in ensuring transparency, discipline, and reliability of financial operations across all center’s.
Reporting Lines
In this position of Executive-Finance, you will report to the Finance Manager nominated by the Management in this behalf. Core Responsibilities
- Accounting & Tally Operations
- Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally ERP.
- Post entries centre-wise to ensure unit-level financial visibility.
- Reconcile accounts and ledgers, ensuring clean month-end closures and audit readiness.
- Track and maintain records for multiple bank accounts linked to different units.
- Maintain and update Vendor Master and generate vendor code when sought by various Business unit.
- Banking & Treasury Coordination
- Handle deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and physical bank visits when required.
- Manage online payments, based on company’s payment cycles.
- Manage opening and smooth operation of new bank accounts as new centers commence.
- Maintain updated signatory and KYC details across all accounts.
- Monthly Reporting
- Generate MIS reports from Tally for audits, internal reviews, and management decision-making.
- Ensure proper documentation, voucher files, and audit trails are systematically maintained.
- Maintain records of key financial events or adjustments to support query resolution.
- Audit & Review Support
- Prepare schedules for internal and statutory audits.
- Liaise with the compliance officer and the reporting manager to resolve any audit queries.
- Maintain a complete documentation trail for verification and audit purposes.

Profile
Knowledge and Experience
- Education: B.Com / M.Com from a recognized institution
- Experience: 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience
- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on expertise in Tally ERP
- Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance requirements
- Experience with multi-unit accounting and fund tracking
